LifeSpring Christian Church Residency Application
2026-2027
The LifeSpring Christian Church Residency Application for 2026-2027 is NOW open through August 31, 2026.
- This is a Christian Leadership residency for laypeople who want to grow in their understanding of Christian Leadership.
- The residency is for all high school graduates age 18 or older.
- The Residency will begin September 13 and will be completed in 1 calendar year.
- The goal of the residency is to develop Christian Leaders toward different outcomes - Vocational ministry, higher ministry aspirations, church planting, etc.
- Each resident will be expected to do 3-4 hours of higher education, biblical independent study. This includes video watching and homework.
- Each resident will be expected to participate in 1 1/2 hours of classroom time each Sunday evening for Leadership Development.
- Each resident will be expected to pick a pathway (Preaching, Youth & Children, Worship, Discipleship).
- Each resident will pick a CAPSTONE PROJECT they will need to fulfill during the residency.
- Each resident will pay a small residency fee toward their classes/books if needed.
- Each resident will receive 1:1 coaching and development from their pathway director as well as residency teachers.
- Each resident will be part of a cohort to encourage each other, challenge one another, and learn from one another.
- Each resident will be exposed to a number of incredible Christian leaders in the classroom to prepare them toward Christian Leadership.
- Though residents do NOT need to be an active participant of LifeSpring Christian Church, they do need to be active in whatever church they are part of.
It is important to note each resident will have a different outcome. They include, but are not limited to:
- The possibility of Vocational Ministry at LifeSpring, one of our church plants, or potentially another church.
- Higher ability to lead effectively for the Kingdom in a ministry at LifeSpring or elsewhere.
- Helping to lead with a LifeSpring Church Plant.
- Launching a new ministry and becoming the ministry leader of said ministry.
- Learning skills to take into the marketplace to be a high level Kingdom Worker.
- Share your faith with more assurance and certainty.
- Confidence in life, decision-making, and ministry.
No matter the REASON for taking the residency, each resident will receive the skills and education to step into the next iteration of Christian Leadership.
