Our Life Groups play a vital role in helping people grow in faith, build authentic relationships, and serve others. Please complete the application below. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval. All Life Groups are subject to a church vetting process.

Leader Requirements & Agreement

  1. I have read, understand, and agree with LifeSpring Christian Church’s Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, Core Values, and Life Groups Policies and Procedures.
  2. I understand that all Life Group leaders are required to complete leadership training provided by LifeSpring Christian Church.
  3. I consent to a background check as part of the vetting process for leadership approval.
  4. I understand that my group is subject to review and approval by church leadership and may be discontinued at the discretion of church leadership if found inconsistent with the church’s mission, teachings, or values.
