As a Part-Time Janitor, you will ensure our church building is clean, sanitized, and ready for worship services, events, and activities. This role requires flexibility, with availability on evenings and weekends, especially Saturday evenings.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, classrooms, offices, and the auditorium; restocking supplies like soap, toilet paper, and paper towels; preparing the building for events, including setup and cleanup; performing minor repairs and reporting larger maintenance needs or safety hazards; and supervising and training a volunteer assistant.

Preferred qualifications include prior janitorial or custodial experience, strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks, and alignment with the mission and values of LifeSpring Christian Church.

This is a salaried, part-time position with flexible hours, including Saturday evenings.
