How often do we pray for people? Every day?
For how long? An hour? (Or a minute and a half?)
We don’t always want to pray for people. It’s even harder when the people we are praying for are difficult, or mean to us.
Colossians 4:2-4 teaches us about prayer.
God deeply loves people and wants them to love Him back. When we pray for other people, especially if they are difficult or mean to us, we are meeting God right where He is.
When we meet God where He is, we begin to take on His heart. And we understand why prayer for others matters so much.
