We all WANT people to receive a punishment that's fair. Often, we have an internal sense of justice - What's right and what's wrong. But what happens when we decide to take matters in to our own hands? "Eye for an eye" is a phrase people say a lot when we get back at someone else for what they've done to us. But what does Exodus 21:24 really say? And how should we apply it to our own lives today? This sermon teaches us how a Christ Follower can honor God through our thoughts and actions when we've been wronged.

"Judge not, lest ye be judged." (Matthew 7:1) This is one of the most well known verses in the Bible - Especially among non-Christians. And for good reason. Who wants to be judged by someone else? But what is Jesus actually saying in this verse? Is he saying we should never judge? This sermon is a deep-dive in to what kind of judgments Christians are supposed to make, who we are supposed to judge, and how we are supposed to judge. Hint: We ought to be very careful when it comes to passing judgment on others.
