Tim Nay / Discipleship Coach (Lead Pastor)
Tim and Khristyn moved from Flatwoods, KY and joined with three church planting organizations, ICPA, CEA, and E91 along with two churches, Eagle Christian Church, Eagle, ID and Bridges Christian Church, Russell, KY. They began a small group in their home in the fall of 2008.
LifeSpring held it’s first public service at the Star Elementary School on Sunday, March 17, 2008. Since then, LifeSpring has had over 100+ baptisms and has an average attendance of 180+ people committed to reaching the community of Star for Jesus!
After holding a capitol campaign in the fall of 2012, work began on the LifeSpring Center project. This consisted of removing the old Star Christian Church building that had been abandoned and completing the inside of a building that was started by the Star Christian Church in 2008.
After spending 5 and 1/2 years at the Star Elementary School, LifeSpring moved into this building in the summer of 2014.
Come join us as we grow as disciples of Jesus and continue to learn how to be sent to disciple others.
See ya Sunday at 10:30!
Doug Miller / Worship Coach
I moved to Idaho in July of 1998 after marrying my lovely wife Kim Miller in Tennessee. We attended Foothills Christian Church where after a year I moved into a worship leader role. Soon I was on staff as the full-time Worship and Arts Director. In 2004 I became an ordained Pastor. I continued to lead worship at Foothills Christian Church for almost 10 years.
Later, God moved me to a church plant just starting in Star Idaho called LifeSpring Christian Church. As I worked at LifeSpring I was able to attend the College of Western Idaho and gain a degree in Web Development. My hope is to use my new acquired skills in technology along with worship to help ministry grow even more at LifeSpring.
During these last 5 years I’ve witness God moving in so many ways! It’s a pleasure to be here and worship God with such great people!
